Here's a picture of Cherry Tomatoes Stuffed with Tapenade. They taste delicious.
I followed the recipe suggestion from 1,000 Gluten-Free Recipes by Carol Fenster.
I saved a little work by purchasing the olive tapenade in a jar. My local market had this brand on sale - Cat Cora. It worked out great. I received compliments from the guests at our Easter celebration. I will definitely make these again!
