As a new year starts in less than a week I plan to set time aside for reflection and contemplation. For me, it all starts with a pen, a pad of paper, and my 2011 wall calendar as go back through the pages and think about events that happened this year. I jot down a summary for the year. Then I store it away with the hope that I will print photos to match and assemble it all in a loveley scrap book someday. What do you think about this time of year? Feel free to comment.

What a beautiful idea! It's a time for me to review the past year while creating a plan for the New Year with special attention to areas that need more time and/or efforts. Here's to a Happy, Healthy, & Prosperous New Year!

I like the idea of taking down our wall calendar and reading all the notations we have made. It also helps me write down on the new calendar when I need to have new glasses, and other doctor appts. What a great idea for a scrapbook. Its been a good year and hoping that 2012 is great for all of us.
