1980's Vogue Gown, an Elegant Sewing Pattern on eBay

It is the season for weddings, formals, and graduations. This dress is perfect for a special occasion. I love the sleeveless version of this gown as shown on the pattern envelope with a belt. I would make this dress out of silk crepe de chine, or charmeuse. The angled capelet would look pretty in a sheer georgette. Cauliflower Paprikash Recipe from KB

Here's our family recipe for Cauliflower Paprikash. People who aren't fond of cauliflower will eat this! And it's a great option for Meatless Monday.  Enjoy!

1 head cauliflower, cut into small chunks
1 yellow onion, chopped
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 cup broth or sherry
1 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons Paprika
Salt and Pepper

Heat oil, add onion and pepper. Saute over medium heat until soft. Add mushrooms and sprinkle with salt. Let mushrooms cook down. If veggies get too dry add a splash of broth or sherry. Cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes. Add cauliflower, and remaining broth or sherry. Cover and cook until cauliflower is soft. Lower heat and add sour cream and paprika.  Stir well. Cook until cream is heated through.

Serves 4. 
Serve over wide egg noodles, or brown rice.
This makes a great meal served with seeded rolls and apple chicken sausage.
